Who is Bon Iver?

bon iver is not a "who" they are a band with 2 albums, the first one came out in 2008 and the second one came out in 2011. Justin Vernon wrote most of the music and founded the band so he gets the awards. Justin (the singer) has gained a lot of recognition in this past year because of his new album. You probably listen to crap mainstream music and have no idea what any of that was because you have to taste or a google machine.

Why are you so ignorant? If there are musicians you don't like that's OK. You do not however need to bash them. Especially when your evidence is rather non existent on why they are "so bad". Bon Iver is a good musician and he deserves to be recognized as that. You are as immature as the 12 year old girls last year who were upset that Justin Beiber did not win best new artist. People can understand what Justin Vernon is singing. He sings the truth. Bon Iver is french for "Good Winter" Bon Hiver.
